The data includes Excel sheets of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) of the initial size, polydispersity index (PdI) and Zeta potential of the nanoparticles. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) of the stability in storage conditions which included size, polydispersity index (PdI), Zeta potential and pH of the nanoparticles over 6 Months.

Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) of the nanoparticles in different media over 7 days.

  • Calculations of the drug loading capacity (%) and the encapsulation efficiency (%) of 7-Methyljuglone (7-MJ) and Rhodamine B (RhB) into the poly-(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) nanoparticles
  • The characterization of the Blank nanoparticles, 7-Methyljuglone (7-MJ) nanoparticles, and 7-Methyljuglone + Rhodamine B (7-MJ+RhB) nanoparticles.

The cytotoxic effect of 7-Methyljuglone (7-MJ) and the Blank nanoparticles, 7-Methyljuglone (7-MJ) nanoparticles and 7-Methyljuglone + Rhodamine B (7-MJ+RhB) nanoparticles are also attached, this excel sheet includes the plate layout, calculations and data generated using GraphPad Prism to maintain the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of these compounds.
