Description of character strengths for work engagement

A quantitative methodology was followed whilst conducting this research. For data collection, the researcher employed non-probability sampling, particularly convenience and snow ball sampling to attain a sample 52. Survey responses were collated and analysed using SPSS which assisted in attaining the descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics were used to provide a summary of the key characteristics of the sample while the inferential statistics determined the relationship and effect of character strengths on work engagement.
