L-shell X-ray production of selected rare earth elements

Tables containing X-ray production cross-section data of Bismuth, Yttrium, and Gadolinium induced by Chlorine and Carbon ions. The tables contain both the experimental and theoretical predictions of ECPSSR, ECPSSR+EC, and ECPSSR+UA. A codebook is also uploaded for clarification of concepts and abbreviations.
