The dataset contains list of figures and tables which highlights the results of the study. The figures include the models obtained from structural equation modelling which was done using SMART PLS 3. The tables include validity, reliability, mediation effects and hypothesis testing results. These tables and figures were used to deduce the impact of Lean-Green on organisational performance and to validate if the proposed hypotheses are supported and if the model is valid.

The data intends to highlight the impact of the Lean-Green philosophy on the performance of manufacturing companies in Zimbabwe. Structural equation modelling results are presented which validates the research model. Thus, the data highlights the Partial Least Square algorithm results that show the relationship between the proposed hypotheses. In addition, bootstrapping results are presented to examine if the proposed hypotheses are supported or not, where p values less than 0.05 and t statistics greater than 1.96 indicates that the proposed hypotheses are supported. The Importance Performance Map Analysis data is shown which indicated the importance and performance of predecessor variables on the target variables. The data shows that Lean-Green has a positive impact on sustainable organisational performance and those organisations that implement both methodologies attain improved results compared to those that implement one of these methodologies. The data also shows the extend to which internal and external barriers impede Lean-Green from attaining its intended goal.
