The additive fraction as well as material extrusion, that is fused deposition modelling (FDM), parameters where optimised in a statistical designed experiment. Tensile and impact properties were investigated and characterisation was done on various samples during the experiment. These included X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infra red spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and oscillatory rheology. The raw data files of the above are given in this data repository. The naming convention used for files are self explanatory.
