The datasets include documentation of communicative behaviours by a professional panel in a single-subject research study implementing an alternating treatment research design. The statistical analysis of the data involved the calculation of non-overlapping data points for all pairs (NAP) and correcting for baseline trends to determine treatment effects between and within phases (TAU-U) for comparisons between baseline and intervention. Furthermore, a description of Fleiss Kappa and data on how this was calculated to determine interrater reliability were included. Data capturing and statistics in a survey research design study are described.
