Statistical output of the data collected from a sample of 263 in order to gain a deeper understanding of the role that work–family enrichment could play in the relationship between job crafting and subjective career success. Statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS version 28, lavaan 0.6.15 R-studio and JASP version 0.16.3 programs. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyse the construct validity of the instruments involved, correlation analyses were used to achieve the objectives of the study, and a mediation analysis was done as well.
