Characterization of Adipose-derived mesenchyma stem cells

This dataset displays the characterization of Adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs). ASCs were immunophenotyped using flow cytometry to generate the flow cytometry standard (FCS) files. The FSC files were analysed using Kaluza software, which led to the production of graphs that show what clusters of differentiation are present in these ASCs. The differentiation of ASCs during cell culture shows ASCs differentiated into osteocytes and adipocytes.
